Could see a whole lot of dust as I entered the room. Read reviews from previous guests and was so disgusted. The air conditioning is also controlled by the reception, you have to go tell them if you are feeling too warm. How The last straw was when the male staff, without knocking, entered our room with his access card. Amazing experience all within ten minutes of arriving.

入り口はわかりにくいですが、市內中心部のアクセスのいい場所でした。 設備の欄に書いてあったので私は持參しましたが、ドライヤーが部屋にはないので要注意です。 フロントの方が優しかったです。

Inconvénients la Clim ou l’aération s’est declenchee cette nuit deux fois et le matin également,  Le nettoyage de la chambre notamment le sol très sale moumoute au sol et la télécommande j’ai du la nettoyer .  Après l’accueil de la jeune femme hier et les explications et l’emplacement rien à dire .  Je reviendrai à Lille

Très bien pour une ou quelques nuits au cœur de Lille ! Seul la devanture de l’hôtel est un peu inquiétante et un « hall » pas très accueillant. Autrement, c’est propre, bien indiqué et le personnel est gentil.

Très bon rapport qualité prix pour cet hôtel idéalement placé, à quelques pas de la Grand Place. Bon petit déjeuner et personnel sympathique. Par contre, l'accès à l'hôtel est assez glauque car il faut passer dans une galerie "déserte".

La cabine de douche ne ferme pas bien, et il y avait un probléme de TV, à 2 reprises, qu'heureusement l'équipe a résolu avec le sourire.

The hotel was in a good location, and check-in was easy. The room was clean but basic—just a standard setup with a TV and no fridge. The shower was fine, and the bed was decent. Nothing special, but it did the job.

This hotel is not too far from Lille Flanders. The staffs are friendly. It is located inside an old shopping mall. The receptionist is on the second floor. The room is a little hot even with the window open. Since it’s in a busy area of the town, it was quite noisy at night.
